With this 12 week program you can go from surviving to thriving: learn how to upgrade your nervous system responses to stress.
Are you experiencing ongoing stress?
Struggling with triggers, self-doubt and overwhelm?
Does your inner critic make you feel inadequate?
Are normal demands becoming too much to handle?
Does it feel that you´ve been carrying a burden for way too long, and you feel depleted?
Sometimes stress can become overwhelming and bring a storm of emotions that leave you depleted, exhausted, and without confidence. It can leave you feeling unable to bounce back when old coping mechanisms are no longer working.
If this is you, we´re here to support you to overcome these emotional storms and bounce back wiser than ever!
The Stress Management Program helps you navigate and overcome high or prolonged stress, moving from nervous system dysregulation to coherence. You’ll gain better emotional processing capabilities, insight, and clarity on your path, becoming more aware of your needs. You will learn to recognise the old patterns that lead to dysregulation, and learn tools to address these patterns when they arise.
Weekly sessions include a blend of somatic, biodynamic and awareness techniques and principles to regulate the nervous system, process stored emotions , and tap into Healing mode. This leads to increased vitality, clarity, wellbeing, a sense of relief, freedom and improved decision-making.
